At Three Trails Animal Hospital, we strive to ensure we are providing our clients with the best quality service, while meeting the time commitments of each patient seen. In order to maintain our exceptional standards, we ask our clients to accept a few simple policies:

Appointment Policy

With the exception of unforeseen emergency situations, we typically operate by scheduled appointments. By doing so, this helps our team to give each client the time he or she deserves and decreases time spent in the waiting room.

In order to make an appointment, we ask to call a few days in advance so that our staff can accommodate your desired time slot. Scheduling an appointment is also easy, just ask the front desk for availability during the check-out process.

If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us a call as soon as you can, so that we may free up a time slot for another pet in need.

Patient Arrival Policy

We kindly ask that our clients keep dogs on a non-retractable or locked leash, and cats to remain in carriers during their visit to Three Trails Animal Hospital. If you are aware of any biting issues with your pet, we ask that you please muzzle them. Practicing proper restraint will help keep all staff members, clients and pets safe.

If you are concerned your pet has a contagious disease, please let one of our staff members know and we will make proper arrangements so that they may not come into contact with other pets and clients.

Payment Policy

It is important to provide our clients with the most advanced medicine available. For this reason, we ask our clients to pay each visit in full at the time of the appointment. To help plan accordingly, we are happy to provide you with an estimate over the phone before your appointment.

The payment methods we accept include all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks*, CareCredit, and Scratchpay.

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept a check without a valid state-issued ID
